Refitted in 2008 plus a 2014 technical refit which included her 20 year ABS Hull and Machinery special survey, generators, awlgrip paintjob, teak decks, new stabilisers, new chiller units, plus general service of all equipment in engine room. Her interior was then refitted in 2016 with complete new ceiling panels, carpets and varnish works so she is now in immaculate condition.

This 40m Heesen yacht has been very well maintained throughout and is equipped with an ultra-modern stabilization system which reduces roll motion effect and results in a smoother and more enjoyable cruising experience.

She features a semi-displacement aluminium hull and aluminium superstructure, with teak decks and can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests overnight in 5 cabins, as well as carry up to 8 crew onboard.

Powered by 2 MTU (12V 396 TE 94) 2,199hp diesel engines and propelled by her twin waterjets, this superyacht is capable of a top speed of 19 knots, and comfortably cruises at 17 knots. With her 61,500 litres fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 3,000 nautical miles at 15 knots. Her water tanks store around 7,000 litres of fresh water.

Her relaxing main deck saloon has a lounging and relaxation area, an entertainment centre including a 56-inch flat screen television and electrically operated sunshades and curtains. Forward is a separate dining room with comfortable seating for up to ten guests and outside, the aft deck is equipped for al fresco dining with a large rectangular table for up to ten guests. More outdoor enjoyment is available on the expansive sun deck, with dining for up to 12 guests, a bar, barbecue, a six-person Jacuzzi and sun pads.

Large comfortable curved seating/lounge area with cocktail table and updated entertainment center. Behind lounge area is a Granite topped service bar with refrigerator to serve Aft Deck and Main Salon. In the bar area is a game table with seating for six. There are large windows for viewing and electronically controlled sun shades and curtains.

Dining
The formal dining area is forward of main foyer with seating for ten.

Master
The full beam master stateroom is situated forward on the main deck with full service office en-suite, king size pedestal bed, refrigerator/mini bar, soft lighting, silk (no sun) curtains electronically controlled, and two large closets. The en-suite bathroom has his and hers heads separated by large ceramic shower, bidet and large Jacuzzi bathtub.

Guest Accommodations
Guest accommodations are accessed via the split staircase in the main foyer. Aft are identical staterooms with queen berths, en-suite bathrooms and full entertainment systems. Forward are also mirrored identical staterooms. These are with twin berths, en-suite bathrooms and full entertainment systems.

Crew
The captain's cabin is located aft of the pilothouse with a full-size bed and en-suite head and shower. There are three crew cabins below, forward, each with upper and lower berths and en-suite heads with showers. The Laundry is located in the crew mess.
