The Owner of this unique yacht carried out a full refit in 2012. She offers a spacious, updated salon area and has accommodation for up to 8 guests in 4 cabins (plus separate crew quarters), one of which is a full beam master cabin. She has well appointed accommodations below decks for eight (8) owners and guests in four (4) staterooms, all with private ensuite baths.
The full-beam Master is situated amidships with a kingsize bed. The VIP stateroom is forward, with guest cabins to port and starboard.
All baths are spa like and feature granite countertops and flooring.
A full galley that adjoins the crew quarters is located aft and accesses the dining and saloon area via a dedicated staircase.
Exterior deck space abounds with lots of lounging and sunning areas both forward on the bow deck, which has a circular hot tub with surrounding sunbathing cushions and lounge chairs incorporated into the deck mold; and on the aft deck, where two teak settees are situated to port and starboard, and bench seating that converts hydraulically into a sun-pad is to stern. A retractable awning on the aft deck provides shade from the sun when desired.
Main Deck Saloon and Dining: High ceilings, skylights, huge side windows, and a push button retractable moon roof all combine to create a bright and voluminous Main Saloon and Dining Area that features: wide plank teak flooring; satin cherry joinery; recessed halogen overhead lighting; a 50” plasma television on rise and fall; comfortable designer sofas; two low-level coffee tables; and Hi-Fi surround-sound system with radio, CD, DVD, IPOD, music server. Just aft and to port, and contained within the Main Saloon, is the dining table which has seating for 8 guests on free standing chairs. Opposite the dining area is a wet bar with SubZero ice maker, refrigerator, sink with hot & cold water, cocktail cabinet with glassware stowage for 10 and bottle stowage. A dedicated staircase aft and to starboard leads down to the galley and crew quarters.
The full beam Master Stateroom is located amidships below with a King size berth, a 50”Plasma television, 2-seater leather settee, dressing table with low-back chair, desk with telephone, vanity, fixed vertical portlights with removable store shutters and roman blinds, Hi- Fi surround-sound system with radio, CD and DVD with Crestron controls, mini bar with fridge and glassware stowage and a fire extinguisher in storage locker. The copious walk-in wardrobe is equipped with full-length mirror, low-level drawers and an opening tempered glass portlight with roman blinds and a safe deposit box. The spa-like en suite bath two washbasins with granite countertop, granite flooring, mirrors, walk-in shower with dual high and low massaging shower heads and glass doors, a Tecma 24v toilet, bidet, opening tempered glass portlight with Venetian blind, storage locker on either side of portlight, and a razor socket.
The forward VIP stateroom is a Queen berth with 26” LCD flat screen television, full-length cedar lined closet with full-length double mirrored doors, dressing table with stool, safe deposit box, Hi-Fi surround-sound system with radio, CD and DVD, and tempered glass portholes with roman blinds. The en suite bath has a Tecma 24v toilet, washbasin with granite countertop, granite flooring, mirrors, tempered glass porthole with Venetian blind and a shower cubicle with glass doors.
There are port and starboard twin cabins with 19” LCD flat screen television, DVD/CD player, and full-length closet with full-length mirrors, tempered glass portholes with roman blind, bedside table and drawers with additional stowage below each berth. The en suite baths in each guest cabin have a Tecma 24v toilet, washbasin with granite countertop, granite flooring, mirrors, tempered glass porthole with Venetian blind and a shower cubicle with glass doors.

Crew Quarters: There are port and starboard crew cabins each containing twin bunk berths, wardrobe, CD/Radio with two speakers, telephone point, tempered glass porthole with curtains and sharing one Tecma 24v toilet, washbasin and shower cubicle.
The Helm is positioned two steps up and forward of the saloon area with four leather Besenzoni adjustable electronic helm seats.
The instrumentation panel contains the MTU main engines controls, full analogue engine instrumentation, MTU Blue Line Comfort displays for each engine, exhaust temperature indication, trim tab controls, triple engine drive indicators and controls, bow and stern thruster control, CCTV monitoring and controls, Azimuth electronic compass, Furuno NavNet radar/chart plotter with GPS, Simrad Autopilot AP25, VHF handset (one of three stations and 2 intercom points), demisting fans for windscreen, searchlight control, telephone point, chart stowage and chart light. Main A/C distribution panel is to port.
The Galley is located on the lower deck with a separate staircase leading up to the main deck saloon and dining area.
